GAITHERSBURG, Md.– Dec. 16, 2009 – An FDA panel today put the brakes on a drug strategy that aims to prolong cancer-free and overall survival among non-small cell lung cancer patients by using Tarceva® (erlotinib) as a maintenance therapy.
